In the summers I never seem to want salad. They’re not filling enough for me, I keep getting hungry within 30 minutes or so once my body’s all OKAY THANKS FOR ALL THIS WATER, MORE FOOD PLEASE. I developed this balsamic honey grilled fig quinoa bowlÂ for Produce Made Simple to feature figs this week in a filling summer meal. It’s salad, but warm and you won’t be hungry in half an hour.
