Mango Lassi

Servings: 1 large mango lassi

Ingredients

  • 1 heaping cup diced soft ripe yellow mango
  • 1/3 cup vegan plain yogurt
  • Heaping 1/2 cup soy milk (or oat!
  • 4 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Put ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass and drink!
