Tropical Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup optional

To garnish:

  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • Fresh fruit of your choice I like strawberries and banana

Instructions

  • Blend coconut water, frozen mango and pineapple chunks and rolled oats until smooth. Add maple syrup if you like it a bit sweeter. Pour into a bowl and garnish with hemp and sunflower seeds for protein, flax meal for extra fibre, and cacao nibs for iron, fibre, and crunch! Fresh fruit adds more sweetness and texture. Enjoy immediately =)
