Vegan BLT

Ingredients

  • 1 bagel halved and toasted
  • 1 tsp vegan butter
  • 2 tsp vegan mayo
  • 3 slices tomato
  • 3 leaves butter or boston lettuce
  • 4 pieces tempeh bacon

Instructions

  • Preheat a pan with a tiny bit of oil. Panfry the tempeh bacon until crispy on both sides. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Spread butter on one side of the toast bagel, then mayo on the other. Assemble the lettuce, tomato, and top with panfried tempeh bacon between the bagel halves and enjoy!
