Herbed Butters: Jalapeño Lime and Garlic Dill

Ingredients

For the jalapeño lime butter:

  • 1/4 cup unsalted vegan butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped jalapeño seeds and inner pith removed
  • 1/2 tsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt

For the Garlic Dill butter

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt

Instructions

  • To make either butter in a food processor, first blitz the butter until creamy. Add the herbs and spices (and some of the salt) and continue blitzing until mixture is uniform. Taste test and adjust salt as needed.
