Cut a piece of naan bread in half, putting the flatter side on the outside of the sandwich.
Melt about 1-2 tsp of vegan butter on a pan and preheat over medium heat.
On a cutting board, layer vegan cheese, caramelized onions, sliced California Bartlett pear and one more slice of vegan cheese, then the other side of the naan bread.
Cook on the pan for about 3-4 min, lowering heat to medium low, covered, until one side is browned. Flip and cook covered again until both sides are browned and cheese is melted through.
Serve immediately, and enjoy!
